Résolu grace à Apollo

Bonjour j'ai besoin d'aide, je subis plusieurs problèmes sur mon pc et suis une vraie huìtre en informatique:

Messages publicitaires intempestifs ( chaque fois que j'ouvre une page internet explore ou firefox de nouveaux onglets publicitaires s'ouvrent.Voire me ferme internet explorer.

Messages de sécurité divers indiquant que votre machine devrait utiliser tel ou tel logiciel pour aller mieux, tel que de soidisants produts de microsoft ( ce problème n'est plus présent depuis quelques jours.) et Mc Affeee ( ce problème est toujours actif)

Détection de saleté, mais l'antivirus ou l'anti spyware n'en vient pas à bout

Ralentissements énormes surtout à l'ouverture des programmes et de scans antiviraux( bien pire les jours précédeants)

lorsque chaque fois que je rallumme mon ordinateur, au scan il me ressort

Trojan dropper.SEH w32/agent.hztr (norman)

Infection - HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-4217266211-2012208523-3962027561-1000

Trojan.Wimad et dwnloader (totalement supprimé selon norton)

de multiples tracking cookies tels que:

Application.TrackingCookies

Adware.Advertising

et surement encore plein de petites choses que je n'ai pas encore vu

De plus s'il était possible de ne pas devoir réinstaller norton ou rebooter ordi ce serait génial car je dois bientôt déménager et tout est déjà sous carton...mais j'ai vraiment besoin de vous.

Bonjour,

rien de grave à première vue.

1.) Désactive l'UAC dans Vista: http://www.zebulon.fr/astuces/220-desactiv...dans-vista.html

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : Navilog1 Enregistre la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

Une fois l'installation terminée, fais un clic droit sur le raccourci navilog1 puis choisis "Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur" :

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.
Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans ta prochaine réponse. Referme le bloc-notes.

Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

NB: si le scan bloque pendant son exécution, lance Navilog1 option 1 en mode sans échec.

2.) Clic droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau

Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur.

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.
Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans ta prochaine réponse. Referme le bloc-notes.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (cleannavi.txt)

Si cela ne fonctionne pas en mode normal, passer en mode sans échec pour effectuer le nettoyage.

Réactive l'UAC de Vista.
