J'ai désintallé one care et j'ai fait le menage sur les restes de Norton.

Bonjour Vpey,

 

 

Télécharge et installe UsbFix (de Chiquitine29 et C_XX) :

  • Branche toutes tes sources de données externes (clés USB, disques durs externes, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées, sans les ouvrir.
  • Fait un double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .
  • Choisis l' option 1 ( Recherche )
  • Laisse travailler l'outil.
  • Le rapport de recherche va s'ouvrir, poste son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.
    Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )
    ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note 2 : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.

Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Est-ce que tu sais à quel lecteur correspond le lettre F ?

 

Est-ce qu'il était branché au moment du scan ?

 

Si non, branche le maintenant, puis fait la suite.

Si oui, continue avec ce qui suis :

 

  • Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clés USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés, sans les ouvrir.
  • Fait un double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau
  • Choisis l' option 2 ( Suppression )
  • Ton bureau disparaitra puis le pc redémarrera .
  • Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.
  • Poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra .

 

Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Bonsoir Vpey,

 

Si tu n'as pas branché ta clé pendant l'opération, tu vas devoir recommencer en la branchant cette fois-ci, sinon elle ne sera pas désinfectée.

 

De plus si cette clé à été utilisée sur un autre PC entre temps, celui-ci est peut être infecté à son tour.
