OUpssss ouai vrai, j'avoue j'ai fais un clic droit start antivir scan disque locaux ...... bon on recommence !

Je lui fais passer ce soir mais avec les droits administrateur ?????

Le miens est en expert mode, rootkit coché mais oui oublié sur le sien et pour l'anglais no soucy pour elle ni pour moi c'est ok !!

 

je ferai cocher aussi "suivre les heuristiques", sur le screen je vois que c'est coché.....!

Bonjour,

 

Télécharge TFC par OldTimer et enregistre-le sur le bureau.

 

• Fais un double clic sur TFC.exe pour le lancer. (Note: Si tu es sous Vista, fais un clic droit sur le fichier et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur).
  
• L'outil va fermer tous les programmes lors de son exécution, donc vérifie que tu as sauvegardé tout ton travail en cours avant de commencer.
  
• Clique sur le bouton Start pour lancer le processus. Selon la fréquence à laquelle tu supprimes tes fichiers temporaires, cela peut durer de quelques secondes à une minute ou deux. Laisse le programme s'exécuter sans l'interrompre.
  
• Lorsqu'il a terminé, l'outil devrait faire redémarrer ton système. S'il ne le fait pas, fais redémarrer manuellement le PC toi-même pour parachever le nettoyage.
  

 

Refais alors un nouveau log Hijackthis stp.

excuse moi mais pourrias tu si tu le veux et si tu en as le temps jeter un oeil sur les rapport du pc du fiston, (pc bloqué infecté) je l'ai ici mais pas en reseau et j'ai passé quelques outils que je décris mais pfff suis un peu perdu là je lui remplacerai aussi son antivirus et lui installerai sunbelt mais grrrr les jeunes il erclame sa machine et là je ne sais plus quoi faire pfff

Voici le rapport hijack demandé....

 

Suis un peu colère là, me suis infecté moi par la clef usb que j'utilise pour mettre les log style malqarebytes, avira otm sur le pc du fils et bien qu'en contrôlant ma clé j'ai trouvé un waw32.exe sur mon pc PERSO et malwarebyte m'a fait un nettoyage mais voilà je ne suis plus sûr de rien concernant mon propre pc pfffffffffff

 

de plus pour le sien je passe des outils mais je ne sais pas par où commencer alors j'avance pas vraiment sui perdu là !!!

ps pour ce pc, son fils va dessus en son absence et utilise le compte invité mais voilà grrrrrrr peur aussi qu'il réinfecte derrière dès que je lui ramène le sien fini ce pc sera bloqué marre là !!

Re,

 

Ce log est propre.

 

Par définition, les supports amovibles, surtout les clés usb sont appelées à être connectées à des pc parfois infectés, d'où la nécessité de vacciner ces supports.

 

On pourra analyser, désinfecter et vacciner ensuite tous les supports amovibles pour que cela ne se reproduise plus.

 

L'autorun sera désactivé aussi.

 

Dis-moi quand ce sera pour toi qu'on doit faire des analyses ou crée un sujet spécifique pour ne pas que je m'emmêle les pinceaux.

 

Infos: Les infections se propageant par les supports amovibles : USB, Flash, etc..

Lis le tuto en entier, ça t'aidera à comprendre comment ce type d'infection se propage.

Pour vacciner tes disques, lis plus particulièrement le chapitre: Comment se préserver de ce type d'infections ? .

 

On peut aussi utiliser un autre outil de désinfection: USBFIX de Chiquitine29.

 

Mais si ton antivirus a stoppé l'infection, elle n'est sûrement pas active, mais on verra bien.

AH oui désactiver les autorun ok ! par contre là je ne sais pas comment faire, je vais trouver je pense.

 

Ok pour ma machine, je fais un rapport une fois que j'ai terminé avec celui du fils de madame mais là je n'avance pas si toutefois ut veux bien regarder !!

Je ne capte pas et madame non plus c'est XP pro qui est installé dessus (encore une bidouille d'un copain) mais elle n'a Jamais eu le CD XP edition familiale et aucun code noté sur l'arrière du pc.....

De plus pour les papier de ce pc, pas moyen de remettre la mais dessus suite à séparation si tu me comprends !!!!!

 

je te note le lien où j'ia posté pour le pc du fils mais pfffff j'ia un peu fais n'importe quoi je dois avancer mais dans quel sens ???

J'ai été un peu vite, ce n'est pas totalement terminé.

 

Pour le guard il suffit de vérifier la protection résidente et l'activer dans l'interface principale d'Antivir.

 

Il faut passer Toolbar S&D, et s'il ne démarre pas, désactive toujours très provisoirement l'UAC pour voir si ça irait mieux.

Vérifie toujours si tu peux désinstaller Kiwee Toolbar.

 

Je rappelle la procédure:

 

Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau.

 

• Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
  
• Double-clique sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
  
• --> Sous VISTA: clic droit Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur.
  
• Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
  
• Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
  Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Ok pour ToolbarSD j'ai compris la procédure je fais ça au plus vite, pour le guad, on ne peut pas l'activer, sur le mien qui est activé on a le lien "désactiver" mais pour elle qui est désactivé le seul lien c'est "help" !!!

je vais chercher, je trouverai en lisant correctement pour savoir pourquoi il ne s'active plus automatiquement mais je coince un peu...
