bonjour,

mon ordinateur plante quand j'ouvre une nouvelle page internet. J'essaie d'aller sur le site bricot depot, et lorsque je lance la page, ça me met une page blanche et l'ordinateur ne répond plus.Que faut t'il faire? De plus, il est super long a telecharger. Mon ami met 20 minutes pour un télechargement, tandis que moi, il met près de 4 h00 pour telecharger la meme chose. Y'a t'il quelque chose a faire pour le booster.

J'ai un autre soucis aussi. lorsque je lance une recherche avec mon navigateur, il m'est impossible de lancer 2 sites différents dans 2 onglets differents. si j'ouvre 2 fenetres differentes, ma recherche de ma 1ére fenetre s'affiche dans la 2eme fenetre. Mon PC a un big beug mais quoi???

Bonjour,

 

Il y a des choses bizarres dans ton log !

 

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.

• Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées :
  
• Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
  
• Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".
  
• Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :
  
• Si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
  
• Si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.
  
• Fais redémarrer ton ordinateur normalement et poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
  

REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.

 

Vérifie les paramètres de sécurité d'IE dans les options Internet, s'il te plait. Tout doit être par défaut.
