c'est peu etre pour ça que vous ne voyez pas de problème sur le pc !

Ps: POur info si ça peut aider ma soeur à comme souci sur ce pc:

le programme camera assistance software qui est présent mais plus actif et,

également sur son msn lorsqu'elle se connecte,

elle n'arrive pas à acceder ses mails, en cliquant sur l'enveloppe dans msn...

Il arrive aussi que le pc bloque quelques secondes (comme un freeze) et ça non plus je ne sais pas d'ou cela vient!

Dans le premier post, le rapport est pour un PC sous XP.

 

Relance HijackThis par clic droit, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur, clique sur Do a system scan only puis coche ceci et clique sur le bouton Fix checked, en bas à gauche

Un "vrai" pare-feu est une nécessité, et je n'en vois pas ici, en dehors du pare-feu (basique de l'OS), je te conseille Online Armor free, qui est disponible en français, plutôt facile à prendre en main, et efficace.
