Redirection google et fenêtres intempestives

Bonjour à tous et à toutes,

 

J'ai un PC sous Windows 7, avec firefox comme navigateur par défaut. Antivir comme antivirus.

 

Voilà mon problème : depuis hier j'ai des fenêtres de pub intempestives qui s'ouvrent sous IE, alors que je navigue sous Firefox ! De plus j'ai des redirections vers des sites de pub quand je fais une recherche avec google (goingonearth me semble-t-il)

J'ai passé ccleaner, malwarebyte's et spybot en mode sans échec qui m'ont viré pas mal d'indésirables, mais n'ont pas corrigé ce problème.

 

De plus j'ai d'autres problèmes qui sont arrivés en même temps : je n'arrive pas à ouvrir le service centre de sécurité de windows, y compris en tentant de relancer le service à partir du panneau de config. Les gadgets du volet windows ne s'affiche plus. Je ne sais pas si c'est lié, ou s'il s'agit de plusieurs problèmes en même temps.

 

Bref, je sèche !!! Je me permets de solliciter des avis plus compétents que le mien ... Merci !

Bonjour

 

Fait ceci pour voir un peu plus s.t.p

 

 

Télécharges << ZHPDiag>> (de Nicolas Coolman)

 

dezzipes le fichier sur ton bureau...

Fais un clic-droit sur l'icône ZHPDiag .exe et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

 

 

L'installation va créer raccourcis (ZHPDiag et ZHPFix et MBRchek) sur ton bureau

 

 

 

A la fin de l'installation ZHPDiag va se lancer....

 

Cliques sur l'icône "Options" (image du tournevis) et coches toutes les options.

Cliques sur "Lancer le diagnostique" (image de la loupe) et patiente...

 

A la fin du scan cliques sur l'icône "sauvegarder le fichier sous" (image de la disquette bleu) et enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.

 

Mets le rapport ici car il prend bien de la place.

merci bernard53 pour ta réponse, mais ce matin mon PC n'a pas redémarré, écran bloqué au démarrage du bios. Reformatage obligatoire. Désolé pour ma réponse un peu tardive, mais je n'ai pas pu répondre avant d'avoir réinstaller windows.
