Désolé mais comme beaucoup je n'ai pas le cd Windows.

Pas grave applique la procédure

Si au moment du scanne on te demande le CD >> clique sur ignorer ou annuler pour que le scanne continue jusqu'au bout.

Il faudras vérifier sur windows Update ensuite pour faire des mise a jour.

Bonjour tomtom95,

J'ai essayé de faire le sfc /scannow, c'est trés lent et l'ordi s'éteint tout seul sans que je sache pourquoi.

Je vais recommencé.

Concernant les mises à jour windows, cela fait bien 1 an que ça m'indique que les mises à jour automatiques sont désactivées, mais je n'arrive pas à réactiver.

Tu va réactiver le service de mise a jour Automatique

Clique sur démarrer >> exécuter >> tape dans la fenêtre >> services.msc

Cherche automatique Updates

Clique droit dessus et sur propriété

Dans la fenêtre type de démarrage >> mettre en automatique

Clique sur l'icone démarrer >> valide avec appliquer et clique sur OK

Redémarre le pc .

 

Va dans panneau de config

Icone mises a jour automatiques

Coche installation automatique recommandé >> valide avec appliquer et ok

Ensuite va sur windows update clique sur l'icone [rapide] pour mettre a jour ton pc

Si tu as encore des problème avec sfc /scannow dit le moi

j'ai plusieurs problemes,

 

-dans "services.msc", je n'ai pas "automatique updates"

 

-dans le panneau de config, je n'ai pas l'icone "mises a jour automatiques"

 

-sur le site "windows update", je clic sur rapide et j'ai "erreur 0x800070424, le site web à rencontré une erreur et ne peut afficher la page demandée"

Dans le gestionnaire des services tu n'as pas [mises à jour Automatique]

Et pas d'icone dans le panneau de config de ton XP ???

 

Clique sur démarrer >> exécuter dans la fenêtre tape SYSDM.CPL

Sur la page Clique sur l'onglet Mises à jour automatiques

Coche installation automatique valide avec appliquer et sur ok

 

Je ne sais pas ce qui a été fait sur ce pc pour avoir tous c'est disfonctionnement

j’avais perdu tout le contenu du bureau, ainsi que tout les documents et le program files

Tu n'as pas utilisé un nettoyeur de registre par hasard ???

As-tu fait le scanne scf /scannow ???

 

Fait cette procédure d'analyse

Télécharge OTL

• Désactive temporairement ton antivirus
  et ferme toutes les applications en cours
  
• Double-clique sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.
  
  Dans le menu contextuel.
  
• L'interface principale s'ouvre :
   
  
   
  
• Dans la section Rapport en haut à droite de la fenêtre
  coche Rapport standard
  
• Coche tous les utilisateurs
  
• Coche également les cases Recherche LOP et Recherche Purity
  
• Pour l'ensemble de:
  
• Processus
  
• Services
  
• Pilotes
  
• Registre
  
• Registre:Standard
  Modules
  Doivent être tous coché sur liste blanche
   
  
• Clique sur le bouton Analyse
  patiente pendant le balayage du système.
  
• Après le balayage
  2) rapports vont s'ouvrir au format bloc-note : OTL.txt (qui sera affiché) ainsi que de Extras.txt (réduit dans la barre des tâches)
   
  !!Ne les poste pas sur le forum,ils seraient trop long!!
   
  Pour me les transmettre tu dois te rendre sur ce site http://www.cijoint.fr/
  
• Tu cliques sur parcourir et tu sélectionnes le premier rapport sur ton bureau
  
• Tu coches "Rendre public le fichier"
  
• Ensuite tu cliques sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier"
  
• il va te donner un lien tu copies/colles dans ton message. idem pour le 2nd rapport.

• Clique ensuite sur Correction laisse l'outil travailler.
  
• Poste le contenu du nouveau rapport c'est un fichier "LOG"
  Il est sauvegardé dans le dossier C:\OTL\MovedFiles qui doit s'ouvrir avec le bloc-notes.
  
• Copie-colle ce texte dans ta prochaine réponse
  Tu peux utiliser les raccourcis clavier (CTRL+A
