Problème XP : analyse HijackThis

Bonjour,

 

Mon PC rencontre depuis quelques jours des difficultés importantes.

En effet, il m'est impossible d'utiliser ma suite office 2010 (il me demande une clé de licence puis se ferme), ni de la supprimer, ni de la réinstaller.

Quelques programmes utilisant windows installer ne s'installent plus avec un message d'erreur.

Je n'arrive plus à voir mes disques durs ni clé usb depuis le poste de travail (lampe torche qui cherche).

En mode sans échec, j'y parviens sans soucis.

 

Un processus "services.exe" utilise 70% des ressources (en normal et sans échec). J'ai passé 3 anti virus et anti malware, aucuns virus trouvés.

 

La commande sfc /scannow me demande le cd d'XP (pourtant inséré dans le lecteur), donc pas d'analyse ni de réparation.

Cette même commande en mode sans échec me retourne l'erreur avec le serveur RPC...

La réparation de windows en bootant sur le CD d'XP plante à la fin du chargement des fichiers, donc bien avant l'invite de commande si on veut installer réparer etc..

 

Je ne sais plus quoi faire! J'ai donc établi un rapport avec HIJACKTHIS que je vous soumets afin que vos compétences expertes puissent y déceler une anomalie qui m'aurait échappé.

Dans un premier temps ceci s.t.p

 

Puisque tu es en mode sans échec.

Ensuite tu as trop de chose au démarrage que tu peux résoudre comme cela.

 

Démarrer >> Exécuter >> tapes msconfig puis rends toi a l'onglet démarrage et décoches ce qui est en relation avec ceci:

Décoches tout sauf ton anti virus.

 

essai de redémarrer en mode normal après cela.

Ensuite:

 

Télécharges << ZHPDiag>> (de Nicolas Coolman)

 

dezzipes le fichier sur ton bureau...

Fais un clic-droit sur l'icône ZHPDiag .exe et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

 

 

L'installation va créer raccourcis (ZHPDiag et ZHPFix et MBRchek) sur ton bureau

 

 

 

A la fin de l'installation ZHPDiag va se lancer....

 

Cliques sur l'icône "Options" (image du tournevis) et coches toutes les options.

Cliques sur "Lancer le diagnostique" (image de la loupe) et patiente...

 

A la fin du scan cliques sur l'icône "sauvegarder le fichier sous" (image de la disquette bleu) et enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.

 

Mets le rapport ici car il prend bien de la place.
