Je ne vois pas d'infection majeure sur le rapport qui pourrait poser ce problème.

On va essayer autre chose si possible en mode normal pour l'outil.

 

  • Télécharger CTR.exede pierre 13 sur le bureau
  • Double cliquer sur le fichier pour le lancer.
  • sous Windows : 7/8 et Vista exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
  • L'analyse ne dure que quelques instants.
  • Le rapport est sur le bureau (CTR.txt)
  • Hébergez le rapport sur le site http://www.cjoint.com
    Puis copier/coller le lien fourni dans votre prochaine réponse.

Ensuite Lancez votre ordinateur comme pour aller en mode sans échec.
Au menu de démarrage
Cette fois Fait le choix "Invite de commande en mode sans échec"

  • Sur la page administrateur cmd.exe
    Tape la commande sfc /scannow
    en fin de scanne tu auras un message si la vérification n'as pas réparé des fichiers.

    Sur la ligne suivant tape Exit
    Puis appui les touche CTRL+ALT+SUPPR simultanément pour redémarrer l’ordinateur.
    Tu va utiliser un outil :
    Télécharge cbslog.bat (sur le site fspsa.free.fr) : cbslog.bat
    Enregistre-le sur le Bureau
  • Clique droit sur cbslog.bat / Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

    Le rapport sfcdetailsrepair.txt s'affiche, le rapport sfcdetails.txt est minimisé dans la barre des tâches.
  • Ces 2 rapports sont enregistrés sur le Bureau.
  • Copie-colle le contenu de ces 2 rapports.
    Si ces rapports sont trop longs,
    Pour me les transmettre héberger les fichiesr contenant les rapports sur http://cjoint.com/
    Poste le lien dans ta prochaine réponse.

Ok rien d'important c'est Microsoft-Windows-Sidebar "les gadgets" non réparer.

Du mieux en mode normal ?

 

Vous allez supprimer juste les outils
Téléchargez DelFix (de Xplode) sur ton Bureau

  • Cochez les cases :
    supprimer les outils de désinfection
  • Validez sur Exécuter
  • Laissez travailler l'outil
    Un rapport s'ouvre Copie/colle le rapport obtenu
    Delfix ce supprime automatiquement
    Le rapport ce trouve aussi sur a la base du lecteur C\Defix.txt
  • Hébergez le rapport Defix.txt sur le site http://www.cjoint.com
    Puis copier/coller le lien fourni dans votre prochaine réponse.

 

  • Télécharger JavaUpdate_Rapport.exe
  • Désactivez vos protections: antivirus, ... Ferme toutes les applications en cours
  • Sous Vista, Win 7 et 8 : Faire un clique droit sur le fichier et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
  • L'outil va désinstaller les anciennes versions
  • Ensuite accepte l'installation de la dernière version Version 7 Update 51
    La Proposition de désactivation de la mise à jour auto
  • cliquez sur Non, la mise à jour automatique restera active
  • Après utilisation, un rapport va s'ouvrir.
  • Poster le contenu du rapport.
  • Le rapport est sur le bureau (Rapport_JavaUpdate.txt)
