[Résolu] BSOD Whea_Uncorrectable_Error

Bonjour,

 

Sur ma nouvelle config (cf voir mon profil) j'ai des écrans bleu à chaque démarrage, qui fait qu'il faut que je m'y reprenne à 3 fois pour pouvoir démarrer normalement

tu a certainement traduit

la traduction avec google , met clairement en cause un problème matériel ou thermique

voir même éventuellement un pilote .

 

mais voila comme trop souvent dans ce genre de Bug

pas d'indications claires , qui permettraient d'orienter les recherches .

Erreur hardware (mémoire, ventilos, CPU, ?).

Comme le site l'indique (en anglais), ce problème n'intervient qu'en cas de démarrage à froid. Ce que tu confirmes en disant qu'il faut démarrer plusieurs fois avant de fonctionner correctement.

If the problems only occur after the system has warmed up and never occurs after you turn on a cold system (i.e. has been off for at least 30 minutes), the parts may be getting too hot and are failing.

Often this kind of problem is related to poor air-flow through the PC. Desktops usually have between 3 and 5 fans. If any fan fails, runs slowly, or if the vents are blocked, internal high temperatures can cause all sorts of odd behavior and BSoD messages.

While the system is powered on, put you hand near the exhaust fans at the back and confirm you feel a warm airflow. If there is no airflow or it is very hot, it's a good bet you have fan problems. Also check the inlets and be sure they are clear of dust and debris. If you have pets, check if fur is blocking the inlet vents.

If you are comfortable opening your PC, turn off the computer and open it up. With the insides in good view, re-apply power and turn it back on. Check that each fan is working properly and they are not clogged with dust.

Be sure to check the CPU fan and the fan inside the power supply. Also many video adapters have their own small fan. Replace any slowly turning or defective fans. Also be sure no cables are too close to the fan blades, as they can limit airflow, or worse - stop the fan if they hit the blades.

Check if the processor heat sink/fan assembly is properly attached to the processor chip. It should not be loose and should be clamped tightly to the the processor.

If the fans are all working and airflow is good, you may have a defective CPU, memory or other hardware component.

 

Fix Defective Hardware 7 59

Confirm the hardware is working correctly using a hardware diagnostic program. If you suspect a specific hardware item, such as memory stick or video card, try replacing it with known good hardware.

Don't overlook the possibility that hardware was not installed correctly, especially anything you installed just prior to the problems starting. Make sure all cards and memory are securely seated in their slots. Verify disk drive cables are properly connected and are not loose.

Several software products that offer an extensive range of hardware diagnostics includes Fix-It Utilities Professional and SystemSuite Professional. Other diagnostic products include Eurosoft's PC Check and Iolo's System Mechanic.

If you just installed new hardware, confirm it is really compatible with the Windows. Use Windows compatibility page for newer Windows. The XP compatibility page was removed from the Microsoft site in Nov-2010.

You may have a defective memory. This is even more likely if it only occurs when the system is cold or hot, but not all the time. Use a memory tester to confirm if it is defective or if you have spare memory, try replacement.

Windows 7 and Vista include a Memory Test program when booting from the Windows Installation DVD. Step-by-step instructions with screen shots are available at Using System Restore on 7/Vista/2008 as part of System Recovery.

Several software products that also provide memory and video diagnostics includes Fix-It Utilities Professional and SystemSuite Professional. Other diagnostic products include Eurosoft's PC Check and Iolo's System Mechanic.

Additional Memory Solutions:

• Confirm all the memory is of the same type and speed. Many motherboards only work correctly when the memory is installed with matched sets and matched speeds.
• If you added or changed your memory just before this problem occurred, try reverting to the prior memory configuration to confirm it's the source of the problem.
• Check that the memory is fully seated in the sockets. Memory sockets often have side latches that need to be upright to indicate the memory is correctly locked in place.
• Confirm the memory resides in the correct slots on the motherboard. You'll need to refer to the motherboard manual to confirm this. There is little consistency, even within a single vendor. Some systems require that memory is installed as matched pairs, but not always adjacent to each other!
• It's also possible the memory problem is on the video card, as they often contain additional memory. The video card should be tested and/or try a different video card to see if the problem goes away.

Quest-ce qui fait que moi je puisse y aller et pas toi ???? Je suis sous Win 8.1 64 Pro sous Firefox, mais je ne vois pas le rapport !

En fait j'ai deux pistes

 

La première c'est au niveau du montage du ventirad, j'ai commis une erreur grossière (y en a qui vont bien rire), lors du montage j'ai oublier d'enlever une protection plastique qui protégais la base du ventirad Noctua, ce qui veut dire que depuis la mise en service je fonctionnais avec une température de 65° avec coupure du PC à 76°

Mais ça n'a nullement géné l'installation et le packet de mise à jour (200) de Windows car le PC étant au sous sol et donc avec une bonne fraicheur.

Pour ce problème je viens de m'en rendre compte récement lorsque brutalement le PC et lorsque j'ai voulue le rallumer j'ai eux un message d'alerte du BIOS sur une température trop haute du CPU avec obligation d'appuayer sur F1 pour entrer dans le BIOS

Je me suis dit que j'avait mal appliqué la pate thermique, donc j'ai tout éteint et démonté le ventirad, et c'est là que j'ai constaté ma grossière erreur.

bref après avoir enlever le cache en plastique, j'ai remonté le ventirad (j'ai pas ajouter de pate thermique car j'en avais plus), j'ai rebranché le connecteur 3 pins sur la CM et j'ai remis en route.

c'est là que les BSOD sont apparu 3 à 4 fois avant de pouvoir avoir un démarrage propre.

d'autre part j'ai installé le dernier driver Logitech Setpoint 6.65.62.64Bits, par contre quand j'ouvre Setpoint y a que ma souris G500 qui apparait, mais bon comme ça fonctionne et qu'il est bien présent dans périphérique et imprimante, je me dis que c'est normale.

Dans le gestionnaire de périphérique j'ai un périphérique inconnu avec un point d'exclamation mais je sais pas à quoi il fait référence.

Après avoir enlevé le cache plastique de protection de la base du ventirad , la température CPU est nettement moins élevée: 37° à 40°C

 

Je viens de faire une cinquantaine de mise à jour suite à l'installation d'Office Pro Plus 2013, d'autre part j'ai vérifier dans mon répertoire driver concernant la CM ASUS X99 Deluxe que je les avaient bien tous installer (en plus ce sont les derniers disponibles)

 

Y a que le driver Bluetooth et WiFi que je n'ai pas installé car je ne m'en sert pas.

 

Par contre j'ai 4 programmes qui me pose un intérrogation si je dois ou pas les installer.

• Asus CPU-Z
• HomeCloud
• PC Diagnostics
• Turbo LAN

ouais c'est pas simple mais , moi j'aurais tendance a dire

que c'est un pilote de la carte mère .

 

quand aux programmes qui te sont proposés si je comprend bien sur le Cd d'installation de la carte mère

ils ne sont franchement pas indispensables , moi je n'installe jamais les programmes constructeurs .

 

mais bon je te laisse juge .

 

peu être que PC Diagnostics pourrais t'être utile .
