Re-bonsoir Pear J'ai ouvert la bête, retiré puis replacé la carte graphique (pas de poussières) : rien ne change. Si ça peut t'aider, je me suis amusé grâce au gestionnaire de tâches de Windows à observer quelle est l'application (processus) qui tire le plus sur le processeur quand j'affiche les photos : c'est explorer. exe. Plus j'accélère le débit des photos affichées, plus le le % d'utilisation du processeur augmente. Au moment du blocage puis de l'écran noir, ça grimpe à 50 % environ. Je ne sais si cette utilisation de l'UC est normale pour l'explorateur...

Bonsoir Pear J'ai essayé ta méthode (étape 1) - 1er problème : mon boot ini était déjà modifié ce qui fait qu'en décochant Charger les éléments de démarrage, la case Utiliser le fichier Boot.ini d'origine est toujours accessible. - 2ème problème : au redémarrage, Avast et Zonalarm étaient encore présents. J'ai profité du fait que seuls les services windows soient actifs pour refaire le "test de l'affichage d'image" : si l'écran noir n'apparaît plus aussi rapidement, il survient quand même après l'affichage de nombreuses photos à la suite. J'ai remarqué aussi que de nombreux accès disques lors de ces affichages. Est-ce normal ? J'attends ta réponse avant de poursuivre. P.S. Se pourrait-il que ce problème soit causé par de mauvais contacts entre la carte graphique et la carte mère ? (poussières, etc.)

Cependant, je vais attendre un peu avant de marquer "résolu". Merci de votre aide ! edit : j'ai parlé trop vite ; après un "défilé" ultra rapide d'images (j'ai essayé de pousser la machine à bout), le même phénomène se reproduit... edit 2 : même chose à l'affichage d'un diaporama ; au bout d'un certain temps, écran noir, puis reprise du diaporama...

Bonjour à tous Je poste dans ce forum, mais je ne sais s'il s'agit d'un problème logiciel ou matériel. De puis un certain temps, quand je tente d'afficher des photos à partir de l'aperçu des images windows, mon ordinateur se bloque momentanément, j'ai ensuite un écran noir puis le bureau réapparaît. Cela se produit aléatoirement, mais surtout quand j'affiche à la suite plusieurs images. Quand j'affiche les processus en cours, je ne vois rien de particulier, ni dans l'observateur d'évènements. Salut Philippe Oui, c'est ça, je l'ai désinstallé. J'ai lu dans mes recherches sur le net que le problème venait des packages d'installation ATI, et qu'il valait mieux installer les pilotes, les applications...les uns après les autres. Le problème, c'est que je n'ai trouvé aucun lien pour les télécharger de cette façon : il n'y a sur les différents sites de téléchargement que les packages.

Bonsoir Tonton J'ai résolu le problème en désinstallant le Catalyst Control Center : pour le reste, tout fonctionne (y compris l'optimisation GPU). Si tu penses que c'est bon, je vais clore le sujet. Merci à toi et à Philippe pour vos aides précieuses ! @ +

Aucune donnée de performance de la file d'attente serveur ne sera renvoyée pour cet extrait. Le code d'erreur renvoyé est la donnée DWORD 0, IOSB.Status est DWORD 1 et IOSB.Information est DWORD 2."

Tout fonctionne ! ... sauf le catalyst control center, que je n'arrive plus à démarrer. (j'ai essayé plusieurs fois de le désinstaller puis de le réinstaller : même chose) Qu'en penses-tu ?

Bonjour Philippe Je vais faire ce que tu me demandes. Petite info : Hier, en utilisant Photoshop, je suis allé dans les préférences, où j'ai vu que l'open GL n'était pas coché. J'ai coché la case, ce qui m'a affiché une erreur. J'ai redémarré Photoshop, et je n'ai plus l'affichage du message "désactivation de l'optimisation GPU". En retournant dans les préférences, je me suis aperçu que l'option open GL était grisée. edit : problème : quand je démarre en mode sans échec, ça bien jusqu'à l'affichage du bureau, puis l'ordi redémarre tout seul...

C'est une ASUS à base ATI. J'ai vérifié avec cette méthode : PC Astuces - Désinstaller les anciens pilotes - Windows Vista Et il n'y a aucun autre pilote présent pour ma carte graphique (alors que j'en ai vu plusieurs pour d'autres matériels). En consultant différents articles sur la toile, j'ai vu que ce problème était assez courant.

C'est une ASUS EAH 3650 Series 512 Mo de mémoire vive. Désinstallé les anciens pilotes ? Je ne sais pas, j'ai simplement fait des mises à jour en recherchant le pilote le plus récent et en l'installant ensuite. Comment puis-je désinstaller ces pilotes au cas où ?

Salut Philippe, merci de ton aide. Oui, à priori, ils sont à jour. C'est même depuis que j'ai mis à jour les pilotes de la carte graphique il y a quelques mois que ce problème est apparu. (depuis, j'ai procédé à d'autres mises à jour) @ +
