ok je vérifie ma carte graphique... mais pouvez vous tout de même me dire comment ça peut se dérégler tout seul ?

Bonsoir à tous, j'ai déjà fait appel à vos compétences il y a peu de temps pour éradiquer un virus récupéré sur msn mais aujourd'hui g encore besoin de vous... Bon, cet après midi sans toucher à quoi que ce soit, mon pc (ou plutot mon écran) a changé d'affichage ! et oui tout seul.... De ce fait, j'ai tout de même été vérifier dans le panneau de configuration mais tout était normal Je ne sais donc absolument pas ce ki s'est passé et je n'arrive pas à remettre la configuration précédente : tout est écrit en caractères énormes, sur mon bureau les icones ne passent même plus et dans tous les programmes c'est la même chose J'ai lancé une analyse avec mon antivirus (mcAfee) ainsi qu'une analyse avec AVG anti-spyware... mais rien J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider ! en vous remerciant d'avance, j'attends de vos nouvelles...

Non à priori tout va bien... Surtout un grand grand merci à VOUS pour votre aide... Juste une dernière petite question, dois-je supprimer AVG anti-spyware (normalement suis protégée par Mc Afee) ? et puis-je désormais supprimer tous les rapports d'analyse (antivir, avg, hijackthis) ? Sinon c'est tout ce que j'avais à demander encore merci et Félicitations pour vos explications puisque même "une blonde" peut réparer son pc (grâce à vous)

Bonjour, depuis hier soir suis infectée par un virus sur msn et je ne sais pas comment faire pour m'en débarrasser... pouvez-vous m'aider ? Ce virus est apparu dans une fenêtre de discussion (envoyée par un de mes contacts) et dit : "DA UMA OLHADA NAS FOTOS DESSA FESTA... MUITO LEGAL..." accompagné d'un lien sur lequel g cliqué..... Maintenant ce message s'envoie directement à tous mes contacts et en plus me bloque mes fenêtres de discussion... Merci de venir à mon secours
