Bonjour à tous ! J'ai besoin des lumières d'une bonne âme pour m'aider à résoudre ce facheux problème. Depuis quelques temps déjà, mon ordinateur se met à planter : il ne répond plus très bien (voire plus du tout) aux commandes avec parfois, un écran bleu pixellisé. Je dois à chaque fois tout fermer. Je me demande si c'est un problème de RAM et/ou une infection en sachant qu'aucun message d'erreur ne s'affiche.
