PC semi bloqué, Avast ne voit rien !

Bonjour à tous,

 

Un ami est venu hier soir me demander conseil car son portable ne fonctionnait pas bien... En effet il y a un comportement plutôt étrange.

 

Windows XP (SP2) se lance, les icônes apparaissent, mais la barre des taches est réduite, impossible de l'agrandir. On ne peut pas copier de fichier, ni accéder à certaines fenetres de windows (menu démarrer, configuration réseau, propriétés de certains éléments, etc.)

 

Avast ne trouve rien, et j'ai passé un Spybot pas complètement à jour (mais presque) qui n'a rien vu non plus (au passage si qq'un a un spybot ou autre en standalone qui demande pas d'acces au net pour s'installer...)

déjà deux choses à faire :

 

• Mettre à jour XP en installant la SP2 puis après voir pour la SP3 :http://www.microsoft.com/france/windows/xp/sp2/default.mspx
  
• Mettre à jour Internet Explorer : http://www.microsoft.com/france/windows/do...e/getitnow.mspx
  

et comme tu l'as dit "switcher" vers AntiVir.

 

Avast n'offre plus une protection suffisante : lui préférer Antivir.

DESINSTALLER AVAST

 

* Télécharger ASWClear.exe sur le bureau.

* Le lancer (en tant qu'administrateur sous Vista).

* Suivre les instructions.

* Redémarrer l' ordinateur.

 

Après l'installation d'AntiVir, ne pas oublier de faire les mises à jours.
