Si tu as d'autres machines, il vaut mieux créer un topic pour chacune d'entre elles en le spécifiant pour ne pas qu'un modo ferme le sujet, croyant à un doublon voire triplon

 

Et on fait quoi avec les Troyens du type TR/Dropper.Gen Trojan, Spy.Bancos.JPG Trojan et TR/Trash.Gen Trojan. => send selected object ou delete from quarantine

 

Tu peux carrément les liquider lorsqu'il s'agit de trojans.

 

Il n'en va pas de même avec des virus qui peuvent souvent être collés à un fichier système délicat, et dans ce cas il faut laisser en quarantaine jusqu'à ce que l'antivirus puisse désinfecter le fichier concerné.

 

J'ai un cas en ce moment avec Virut; il est absolument hors de question de virer le fichier infecté car Virut infecte plus précisément les exécutables. (tu comprends que le seul remède est la désinfection; virer ça reviendrait à dire être obligé de formater...)

J'ai lu le topique de Megataupe sur la prépa des PC à la désinfection...En fait je suis un peu un bleu sur ce forum.

 

Sur ce PC j'ai suivi la proc en 4 étapes pour être sûr de ne rien laisser.

Après un meilleur paramétrage de AVIRA ANTIVIR j'ai retrouvé quelques Trojans (les mêmes que précédemment). Ci-dessous le log.

Puis j'ai désinstallé AVIRA et fait un HJT dont voici le log. j'ai remis AVIRA depuis.

 

Moi ça ne me parles pas mais je n'ai rien vu de bizarre. Comment clore ce sujet (mot clé résolu ?).

Je passe à la deuxième machine mais je pense que c'est le même cas : Trojans et pas des virus. Faut il que je poste les logs ? (sur un autre topic ! promis)

 

Que penser de Bit defender Internet security? j'ai eu la licence en achetant un écran. Il était plutôt bien côté mais si il m'a laissé passé ces cochonneries c'est qu'il n'est plus à la page ou que j'ai commis une bavure (oublis de scanner un fichier...)

Après windows update le PC a redémarré et planté 4 fois... c'est beaucoup non ?

Le reboot n'est pas normal mais cela peut être dû à un problème de surchauffe processeur et/ou de ram défaillante (voir forum Hardware).

 

Antivir est mal configuré et la procédure que tu as suivie en post-it date de plusieurs années!

Si tu as plusieurs postes à protéger, achète toi une licence trois postes Kapsersky Internet Security et rien ne passera à moins d'avoir un surf prudent quand-même. http://www.vista-xp.fr/ (en bas de page)

 

Fais une analyse avec Kaspersky en ligne:

 

Assure toi que la console Java est bien la plus récente; pour le savoir rends-toi sur cette page et clique sur Vérifier la version de Java -> http://www.java.com/fr/download/installed.jsp -> Il te sera indiqué si tu dois installer la dernière version.

Si tu installes une nouvelle version Java, désinstalle toutes les plus anciennes via ajout/suppr de programmes.

 

Fais un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky.

• Clique sur My Computer, le scan se met en route; attends la fin du scan sans fermer la fenêtre sinon il s'arrêtera.
  

 

A la fin du scan, si des objets infectés sont découverts, clique sur Save report as... Choisis bureau et nomme le rapport "rapport Kaspersky" et dans le champ d'enregistrement, choisis "fichiers texte" enregistre alors le rapport.

 

Copie/colle l'entièreté du fichier texte ouvert, par clic droit dessus, sélectionner tout/copier.

 

Colle ce rapport dans ta réponse sur le forum.
