[Résolu] Aide analyse désinfection Boaxe.E

Bonjour,

Je suis sous XP ed.Familiale SP3 sur un Netbook Toshiba NB200

L'utilisateur m'a demandé de désinfecter sa machine.

En mode sans échec j'ai passé CCleaner, Spybot et Malwarebyte ainsi que Microsoft Security Essential.

Un grand nombre de spywares, trojans et autres rogues ont été supprimés.

Toutefois il en reste un seul de récalcitrant: Trojan Win32/Boaxe.M que MSE détecte mais ne supprime pas. Il semble changer de nom à chaque scan de MSE.

J'ai essayé l'AV en ligne de Secuser qui ne trouve rien.

Comme je l'ai lu ici : Male k al's forum • |re s olu|TROJAN WIN 32 Boaxxe.E : VIRU S : Aide Malware s (ver s , trojan s , s pyware s , hijac k ) j'ai lancé ComboFix.

Je pense qu'il a commencé à nettoyer mais je ne sais pas interpréter le log du résultat que je joins ici:

Bonsoir,

Ici, on n'est pas chauds pour que l'user utilise ComboFix sans notre avis à la différence d'autres forums.

C'est clairement indiqué dans ma signature d'ailleurs.

MSE, Trend, c'est pas du sérieux ça comme AV.

Essaie ça plutôt qu'un scan en ligne:

Télécharge Virus Removal Tool de Kaspersky. Enregistre-le sur ton bureau

Désactiver les protections résidentes de l'antivirus. Si vous ne savez pas comment faire, reportez-vous à cet article.

Déconnecter le pc physiquement du net quand le programme est installé. (retirer le câble de la tour ou couper la connexion WI-FI).

SCANNER avec Virus Removal Tool de Kaspersky.

Connecte éventuellement tes clés USB et disques externes.
Lance l'exécutable intitulé "setup_9.0xxxxx" en double-cliquant dessus sous XP (Clic droit/exécuter en temps qu'administrateur sous Vista/7).
Réponds "Oui" à la question "Do you want to continue installation?"

L'outil devrait afficher la fenêtre suivante:

Cocher toutes les cases.

Au niveau de la ligne "Réactions aux menaces", choisir "Réparer, si pas possible, Supprimer"

Clique alors sur Lancer l'analyse.

L'analyse commence alors; l'outil agira automatiquement sur chaque détection de nuisibles mais il peut être amené à te demander de choisir une action par l'ouverture d'une fenêtre. (rare).

Il est possible qu'à la fin, il te signale qu'il n'a pas pu traiter certaines infections; dans ce cas, suis ses recommandations.

Clique sur Rapport: développe le menu montrant les détections et les actions effectuées:

Fais un clic droit sur le contenu puis "Sélectionner tout" puis clique sur Copier.

Ouvre le bloc notes et colle-y le contenu du presse-papier:

Enregistre le fichier texte sur le bureau en le nommant Rapport-VRT

Clique alors sur Exit dans la fenêtre du Virus Removal Tool; à la question: "L'application sera arrêtée et supprimée de l'ordinateur. Supprimer l'application?, clique sur OUI.

*** Poste le rapport. (S'il était trop lourd, l'héberger ici stp: Cijoint.fr - Service gratuit de dépôt de fichiers )

Inutile d'employer des balises pour les rapports; parfois ça gêne même la lecture.

Kaspersky a terminé le boulot.

Désinstalle ComboFix de la manière suivante:

Clique sur Démarrer > Exécuter et copie/colle le texte en gras ci-dessous dans la zone de saisie Ouvrir puis cliquer sur OK

ComboFix /Uninstall ou COlaF /uninstall

Supprimer les dossiers c:\Qoobox et c:\ComboFix s'ils étaient encore présents sur le C:\

Vider la corbeille.

Si MSE tilte encore, c'est que c'est un faux-positif.

Non, à condition d'avoir assez de mémoire.

De toutes façons, on peut tester le produit que l'on souhaite pendant un mois: Versions d'évaluation

comme ça on sait ce qu'on achète (ou pas...)

Plus légère est la suite Avira mais elle est moins performante que Kasp: Avira Premium Security Suite une démo d'un mois également possible.

La première des sécurités se trouve sur la chaise , en face de l'écran

Ben oui, on peut avoir la meilleure protection de l'univers, si on exécute un crack ou keygen piégé - comme c'est le cas 9 fois sur 10- , cette protection se fera flinguer comme toutes les autres.
