Alors la j'ai jamais vu ca, un fichier mauvais alors que ca concerne un jeu acheté dans le commerce

Je vois pas de solution a part rammener le jeu et leur dire que certains fichiers sont detecté comme mauvais, et tu leur demande des explications.
