Bonjour, Pour le moment, Windows installe les 138 mises à jour nécessaires depuis la réinstallation de SP1 !! J'attends de voir si cela pourrait arranger la situation. Comme j'envisageais de passer à W10 à sa sortie, penses-tu que je peux attendre jusque là pour tout réinstaller ? Je suis moyennement motivée à l'idée de faire deux réinstallations complètes. Bonsoir, J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé en suivant tes instructions le SP1. J'ai cru que l'ordinateur n'allait jamais redémarrer. Finalement après interrompu l'installation qui était bloquée et avoir redémarré plusieurs, il semble fonctionner de nouveau. Ouf ! Le problème du centre de sécurité n'est toujours pas réglé, et celui de la fonction audio persiste également. A demain.

Re-bonjour, Pas de problème signalé dans le gestionnaire de périphérique. J'ai essayé le Fix It, mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Le message est : "Cette solution Microsoft Fit It ne s'applique pas à votre système d'exploitation ou à la version de votre application". J'ai essayé de désactivé certains programmes, mais le problème persiste. Pour Windows update, il y a une mise à jour importante (Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2) et trois facultatives (Skype, une pour les imprimantes, et une autre pour W7, sans plus de précisions). @+

Pourrais-tu s'il te plaît m'indiquer quelle version il faut télécharger, car il y en a plusieurs. Par ailleurs, depuis mon dernier redémarrage suite à la tentative de boot sur le DVD, le centre de sécurité a démarré. Je ne sais pas pourquoi il fonctionne maintenant, dans la mesure où je n'ai rien changé. Serait-il possible de vérifier à nouveau si les problèmes sont toujours présents ? @+

Bonsoir, Le problème s'aggrave. Si, si c'est possible !! Il m'est impossible de lire un DVD ou de le graver. Je ne sais pas si c'est un problème matériel ou un problème lié à W7. J'ai d'abord essayé avec un ancien DVD. Mais constatant l'échec, je suis allée en acheter des tout neufs. Même problème. Qu'en penses-tu ? Encore merci pour ta patience avec mes problèmes à répétition.

Pour répondre à ta question précédente, mon PC démarre sans problème. Je pense que je vais aller acheter un disque externe pour sauvegarder mes données. J'ai déjà des sauvegardes dans le cloud, mais je préfère être prudente. Mais ce ne sera pas avant demain. Encore un grand merci pour ton aide.

Bonsoir, Après avoir téléchargé l'image iso, j'ai essayé la procédure indiquée malheureusement j'ai une erreur 0xC0000005. Une erreur inattendue s'est produite lors de l'installation de Windows. Vérifier que les sources d'installation sont accessible, puis relancer l'installation. Voilà pour les échecs d'aujourd'hui !
