Bonjour Notpa et merci d'avoir répondu. Mais je parle ici d'accès "web", et non à partir d'un logiciel de messagerie. L'utilisation que je fais d'Internet ne se fait pas toujours à partir de mon ordinateur personnel... Jusqu'à ce jour, je passais moi-aussi outre à l'étape des paramètres de préférences du compte (sécurité, compte associé, no. de téléphone etc.) en laissant ces cases vides et en cliquant sur "Enregistrer". J'accédais alors facilement à ma boîte de réception. Depuis aujourd'hui donc, rien ne va plus. Et voilà pourquoi je vous demande si d'autres se retrouvent face au même problème...

Après m'être connecté à mon compte de courrier sur le site d'Hotmail aujourd'hui ( Sign in to your Microsoft account ), je constate qu'à son ouverure, le lien à la boîte de réception n'y est plus. La page désormais affichée ne donne accès qu'aux informations associées aux propriétés du compte, point final. Aucune possibilité n'est offerte d'accéder au courrier...? J'ai trouvé le moyen de contourner la chose, mais cette situation est étrange. Il doit s'agir d'un problème chez Microsoft ? Si d'autres abonnés parmi vous arriviez au même constat, j'apprécierais que vous m'en fassiez part... Merci à l'avance !

Les 3 mises-à-jour (KB2572073, KB2633880, KB2518864)ont été émises par Windows Update aujourd'hui (22-5-2012)et j'en suis également victime. il y a une ressemblance certaine avec le cas qu'a soulevé Dylav. Mais pour avoir lu énormément aujourd'hui sur les 3 mises-à-jour en question (en anglais), il semblerait plutôt qu'elles soient fautives quant à leurs conceptions. Microsoft est au courant du problème car les "cris" sont nombreux sur le web. Plutôt que d'entreprendre dans ce cas-ci la désinstallation et la réinstallation de Net Framework, j'attendrai personnellement encore un peu. J'ai la très forte impression que ces mises-à-jour seront révisées et ré-émises.

Le lien que tu as inséré ne fonctionne pas, mais j'ai compris qu'il concerne la façon de clore ma demande d'aide. Avant de passer à cette étape, s'agissait-il d'un problème d'intrusion et selon sa gravité, est-ce que des données sensibles ont pu m'être volées ???? Si tel est le cas, je dois le savoir car j'aurai des mesures à prendre. Merci d'y répondre et merci aussi pour l'aide que tu m'as donnée.

Bonjour, Un message à chaque démarrage de l'ordi, me mentionnait qu'Online Armour ne pouvait se lancer. J'ai tenté de démarrer le programme ce matin pour réactiver sa protection, mais son lancement est impossible. Je l'ai désinstallé et attendrai ton avis avant de le ré-installer.

Que la connexion ait été possible suite au re-démarrage, me va d'abord très bien merci... À première vue,je dirais que ça fonctionne normalement. J'aimerais bien que tu m'expliques la cause du problème, et connaître tes recommandations. À noter qu'après avoir posté ma demande d'aide initiale, j'ai noté que l'extension Noscript s'était désinstallée de Firefox sans que j'en sois responsable. Ça m'a semblé très louche car je l'utilise avec bonheur depuis un moment...

Bonjour à la communauté. Bien que je vous lise depuis déjà longtemps, je me présente à vous pour la 1ère fois avec un problème qui me dépasse. Hier matin j'ai accédé à mon courrier (via OE6) et reçu et envoyé comme d'habitude. J'ai aussi pu mettre à jour les définitions d'Avast et de MBAM de façon tout aussi normale. Par-contre, en ouvrant alors directement Firefox (ou IE8) la connexion était impossible. J'ai alors fait plusieurs vérifications (matériel, logiciels) qui n'ont rien révélé. Après quelques re-démarrages...ma connexion est devenue impossible, peu importe le logiciel utilisé. En fin de journée contre toute attente, ma connexion s'est rétablie. Je note que mon extension NoScript (j'utilise Firefox 3.6.12)a mystérieusement disparu. J'ai alors exécuté les analyses de MBAM (complète) et d'Avast (minutieuse) qui n'ont rien trouvé. Je crois cependant à un problème de sécurité. J'apprécierais beaucoup avoir votre aide. Merci.
