Bonjour,

 

Mon pc est atteind par les deux spécimen cités dans le titre. Pourriez vous me donner la marche a suivre pour pouvoir l'eradiquer. Il a y pas mal de tutauraux sur le sujet mais j'avoue que je suis un eux perdu et je ne sais pas trop par quel bout commencer.

Bonsoir Chibany,

Bienvenu sur Zebulon.

 

Pour commencer, j'aurais besoin d'un peu plus d'info sur ton problème, peux-tu faire ceci :

 

  • Télécharge Hijackthis (de Merjin)
  • Lance l'installation, puis le logiciel.
  • Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save a log file"
  • Copie/colle dans ton prochain message la totalité du rapport qui s'ouvrira.

J'ai reussi a le télécharger le logiciel par un autre pc mais j'ai un nouveau problème car il ne veut pas me sauver le rapport car le bloc note ne fonctionne plus (il s'ouvre puis affiche "le bloc note a cesser de fonctionner) donc je vois le rapport dans Hijackthis mais je n'arrive pas a le sauver. Existe il un moyen de le sauver pour pouvoir t'en faire part.

Bonjour Chibany,

 

Ca ne va pas être simple si le bloc-note ne fonctionne pas, tous les rapports s'ouvre avec lui.

 

  • Télécharge Smitfraudfix (S!ri) (Pour Vista, fait un clic droit sur l'icône puis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur")
  • Double clic sur l'icône de Smitfraudfix
  • Lance l'option 1 uniquement
  • A la fin de la recherche, ouvre le poste de travail puis ton disque C et fait un clic droit sur le fichier c:\rapport.txt puis "Ouvrir avec", et tu choisis un traitement de texte quelconque installé sur ton PC (Word, Wordpad, Open Office...).
  • Copie/colle son contenu dans un nouveau message.

Ensuite :

  • Télécharge Vundofix (de Atribune) sur ton bureau.
  • Fait un double clic sur le fichier Vundofix.exe (Pour Vista, fait un clic droit sur l'icône puis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"),
  • Clique sur "Scan for Vundo".
  • Quand le scan sera terminer, cliques sur "remove Vundo", puis accepte la suppression des fichiers en cliquant sur "Yes".
  • Accepte ensuite le redémarrage de ton PC.
  • Pour finir, poste le rapport qui se trouve dans C:\vundofix.txt

Normalement le rapport de Vundo devrait se trouver dans C:\vundofix.txt

On va essayer d'erradiquer ces saletés autrement :

 

  • Télécharge Malwarebyte ,lance l'installation puis accepte la mise a jour,
  • Ferme le programme,
  • Redémarre ton PC en mode sans échec
  • Lance Malwarebyte
  • Dans l'onglet «Recherche», clic sur «Exécuter un examen complet»
  • Clique sur «Rechercher»
  • A la fin du scan, fait lui supprimer tout ce qu'il a trouvé,
  • Redémarre en mode normal,
  • Poste le rapport que tu trouveras dans l'onglet Rapport/logs avec la date du scan,

Ensuite,

 

Fait un scan en ligne avec Bitdefender

Tuto de Malekal

Poste son rapport.

(internet explorer a l'air de marcher bcp mieux.. Le bloc note est revenus..pas de message d'erreurs ni de pub pour des anti spyware... les symptome semble avoir disparus)
