[Résolu] Blue Screen - BSOD - Écran bleu

Bonjour,

 

J'ai souvent des bluescreen depuis mon formatage de 2012. Ils peuvent arriver 1 minute après que j'ai allumé mon pc ou quelques heures après...

Voici un des messages d'erreurs que j'ai :

J'ai essayé de retrouver les fichiers sysdata ; WER1.tmp.dir00 mais pas moyen de les retrouver.

Dans le fichier minidump je n'ai que 5 fichiers MiniXXXXXX-XX.dmp

Je n'ai fait aucune modification RAM ou overclocking.

Si vous pouviez m'indiquer quel est le problème, s'il est résolvable et comment le résoudre vous m'aiderez énormément.

Pour apporter une solution aux problèmes de BSOD

1. Pré-requis

• Clique Droit sur Ordinateur > Propriétés > Paramètres système avancés > Démarrage et Récupération > Paramètres
• Vérifie que « Image mémoire du noyau » soit sélectionnée, sinon il n'y aura pas de minidump
• « Redémarrer automatiquement » doit être décoché, ce qui te permettra de lire les informations relatives au BSOD

Il faut effectuer une mise à jour de F-Secure Internet Secutity : rends-toi sur le site de F-Secure et suis les instructions fournies, en faisant tout particulièrement attention aux points suivants :

• version précise dont tu disposes
• abonnement éventuel à un service de sécurité par le biais de ton FAI et ou par F-Secure SAFE

Bonjour,

 

Je n'ai pas F-secure, mais j'ai trouvé que firewall était lié avec donc j'ai desinstallé mon anti-virus. Je n'ai pas réussi à le réinstaller (clé incorrecte...) de ce fait, j'ai mis Avast à la place.

Depuis je n'ai pas eu de blue screen donc le problème venait de là apparemment.

J'avais Firewall (de securitoo je l'avais pris en même temps que wanadoo à l'époque) qui est juste un anti-virus.

Le pare feu est celui de mon pc donc windows.
