bluescreenwiew m'indique que Nt kernel system est la cause de l’écran bleu.

Quelqu'un pourrait éclaircir sur ce problème svp ?

arrow210.gif Pour apporter une solution aux problèmes de BSOD (écran bleu) :
__________________________________________________________________________

  • Rends-toi dans Panneau de configuration > Système > Paramètres système avancés > Démarrage et Récupération > Paramètres
  • Vérifie que Image mémoire du noyau soit sélectionnée, sinon il n'y aura pas de minidump
  • Redémarrer automatiquement doit être décoché, ce qui te permettra de lire les informations relatives aux BSOD
  • Télécharge WhoCrashed Free de Resplendence et enregistre-le sur le Bureau :

  • Pour l'installer, clique droit sur l'icône whocrashedSetup et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
  • Coche la case Create a desktop icon
  • Pour le lancer, clique droit ur l'icône WhoCrashed et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
  • Clique sur Analyze :

  • Lorsque le scan est terminé, le message suivant apparaît : Please scroll down the information window to read the report
  • Valide par OK
  • Clique sur l'onglet Report afin d'ouvrir le rapport généré suite au scan

Conclusion

4 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. 1. Nous allons chercher la liste des drivers à mettre à jour :

  • Crée un point de restauration système
  • Rends-toi sur le site de DriversCloud.com
  • Clique sur Installation de l'Agent (à désinstaller en fin de manip)
  • Ensuite tu peux Démarrer la détection
  • Tu peux t'aider de ce tuto

  • Voici un exemple de la liste demandée :

  • Après vérification, nous installerons les pilotes nécessaires, en ne choisissant que ceux dont le niveau de pertinence est au minimum de 4*
2. Ouvre le Panneau de configuration > Options d'alimentation > Modifier les conditions de mise en veille de l'ordinateur > Mettre l'ordinateur en veille :
  • Sur la batterie : sélectionne Jamais
  • Sur secteur : sélectionne Jamais
  • Valide et reboote le PC

J'ai n'ai pas reussi a telecharcher le pilote de la carte graphique.J'ai une fenêtre qui s'ouvre "No matrox hardware detected : This sofware doesn't detect any matrox graphic hardware in your computer unable to continue.Make sure your matrox graphics hardware is properly installed.Pourquoi j'ai ce message?

J'ai ensuite enregistré sur mon pc NVIDIA nforce Networking controller qui est un fichier zip qui correspond au pilote de la carte PCI. Je l'ai décomprésse mais je sais pas vraiment a quoi il sert. J'ouvre l'application "NVIDIA uninstaller utility"

Pouvez-vous m'eclairer svp
